As we continue to grow we are finding areas that are what is called “below grade”. A fancy term for building in a hole. The sewer and storm waste systems are “below grade” of the current infrastructure. The only way to get the waste to the city system is to pump it up to grade. Hence a lift station.

There vary in sizes that are based on the size of the property. These are structures that require annual inspections and maintenance.

The lift stations need to be cleaned annually. This involves pumping the water out, vacuuming and pressure washing the structure. The process is the same whether sewer or storm.

The pumps themselves should also be tested. We check them for proper volts and amps. As always we will provide a written report of the findings.

Should there be a pump failure, we are here. We can remove failed pumps and install the new ones.
